Our Gosforth Schools' Trust Development Plan is a working document that describes what we are doing and how we are doing it.
It has five key aims which are:
Key Aim 1: Expanding Educational Opportunities for our Pupils
Key Aim 2: Sharing 'Best Practice' across the eleven schools in the interests of our children
Key Aim 3: To work more effectively with parents, carers, partners and the wider community
Key Aim 4: To develop school to school support and mentoring; Create opportunities for peer review, shadowing, middle leadership and succession planning
Key Aim 5: To seek opportunities for additional funding streams and financial efficiencies
